One thing about company tours that I find interesting is
the culture inside the company. For NetworkLabs Company, they have a mixture of
Finland and Philippines culture especially in their division or
workplaces. It’s like tribe names in the
reality show, Survivor where tribes are named after native places or culture of
a country. The company’s environment is very friendly where equality is at its
most. It is very evident as they don’t have rooms for their higher officials
but instead there is a vast table where it sits all the employees including
their CEO. That’s one good example of how they value equality.
Teamwork is one of their traits as they work hand in hand
in order to accomplish their work. Groups are seated together in order for them
to work close together. The whole environment is conducive to work with fun as
it has different and unique meeting places which are very relaxing. They also
have a cool pantry where one looks like you are in Boracay and the other one is
a Finnish beach.
Culture in each and every company is different and unique
in many ways. Culture or the company environment reflects the whole company.
